I don't know if it will find a place in your list, but here's the link to the website dedicated to archaeology digs in France: http://www.culture.gouv.fr/culture/fouilles/accueil.html It is hosted by the french Ministry for Culture and Communication, and will be regularly updated throughout Spring, for announcements concerning Summer archaeology fields are just beginning.
